A 23-year-old from Southampton received a 27-week prison sentence, deferred for 12 months, after admitting to dangerous driving.
In addition, the judge issued a 12-month driving ban and ordered unpaid work along with a behavioral course.

According to authorities, the video was captured at an unauthorized automobile gathering in Portsmouth on 28 December 2024, showing the driver operating a pink BMW.

A police sergeant commented: “Local people, motorists and our roads policing teams have had enough with these crowds of motorists thoughtlessly occupying streets and parking areas and we refuse to accept it.”
He added: “They are not only a total disturbance, but they also place participants and uninvolved individuals at risk of serious injury.”
He finished: “We will continue to prosecute these drivers and I hope these recent cases serve as a caution: you won’t get away with it.”
